We are dedicated to promoting ecologically and socially responsible purchasing to better our community and world.
We are a Fair Trade Store comprised of both foreign and domestic goods.
We are proud to be a non-profit store mainly run by volunteers.
JustGoods is a not-for-profit fair trade store located in the Midtown District of Rockford Illinois. A project started by Rockford Urban Ministries in 2006. Our fair trade products come from approximately 25 different countries representing almost all the continents in the world.
The store exists because of the dedicated volunteers who help keep the store running and loyal customers who believe in a better way of doing business that benefits both producers and consumers.
The JustGoods Listening Room is a meeting room that is shared with Rockford Urban Ministries. The room is used as an art gallery showcasing local artists each month and is transformed each Friday for live music as part of the Friday Night Concert Series. JustGoods staff give formal and informal presentations about fair trade in the Listening Room. And many community groups also use the room on weekends and evenings for meetings, presentations, and other events.
If you are interested in using the Listening Room for your not-for-profit function, please contact the store for more information. Contact information is located at the Contact Info page.
